Abstract
Abstract:
Objective: Earth's gravitational pressure has an important effect on the physiological conditions of the pilot's body. A well-trained body along with a well prepare mind and motivated for success and persistence in the mission is important for a fighter pilot. This research tries to explain how to increase the tolerance of positive gravitational pressure (G) in F-4 fighter pilots with emphasis on appropriate training.
In this research, the researchers are looking for an answer to the question: "How to increase positive gravity (G) tolerance in Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force F-4 fighter pilots with an emphasis on Appropriate training
Method: This is Applied type research and was done using semi-experimental method. Qualitative approach used for analysis by appropriate software. The statistical population is 140 F-4 fighter pilots with a service experience of more than 5 years, and the expert population is the F-4 pilots with at least 10 years of service, who have continuously performed training and doing exercises; The researchers interviewed by 6 people using the snowball method, then interviewed 6 other experts who were introduced by the first group. By using MAXQDA software, the researcher measured and judged the obtained qualitative data, as a result of which the credibility and validity of the research became reliable.
Results: The results obtained from interviews with experts and the study of sources and articles related to the issue of increasing positive gravity tolerance in F-4 fighter pilots with an emphasis on resistance training selected by MAXQDA software indicate the fact that the following resistance suitable training are for increasing positive gravity tolerance are as follows:
Leg squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press and resistance training for the core muscles of the body including plank and sit-ups.
The results obtained from the experimental and control groups after the selected training according to the 8-week training program indicate that the aforementioned resistance training increases the tolerance of positive gravitational pressure (G) in F-4 fighter pilots.
The results obtained from interviews with experts and the study of sources and articles related to the issue of increasing positive gravity tolerance in F-4 fighter pilots with an emphasis on endurance training selected by MAXQDA software indicate the fact that the following endurance TRAININGs are suitable for increasing positive gravity tolerance are:
Endurance training include; Slow running, brisk walking, cycling and swimming
The results obtained from the experimental and control groups of selected training according to the 8-week training program indicate that the mentioned endurance training increase the tolerance of positive gravitational pressure (G) in F-4 fighter pilots.
