Education is always one of the principles and foundations of progress. Teaching follows a system and mechanism called syllabus to convey standards and principles to learners. Over time, with the advancement of science and technology, the need to update and coordinate the process of the education system is inevitable, and this must be done from time to time. In order to train the C-130 aircraft, standard training syllabi in various specialties, including piloting, were designed and implemented from the beginning. But with the passage of time and the imbalance in the various items, the effectiveness of this standard syllabus is not the same as before. The purpose of this research is to review and the possibility of redesigning the syllabus based on the existing facilities and requirements, in such a way that considering the available facilities, it will meet the needs of the needy. The research method is a mixed research method that qualitative and quantitative analysis has been done in order to ensure the reliability and validity of the research and by interviewing 8 elites and theoretical saturation was done and the results were screened. The accuracy of the questions and answers was also assessed using a questionnaire and quantitative analysis. Findings indicate that the need to review the C-130 pilot training syllabus is necessary and unavoidable, as it increases the quantity and quality of training and thus improves pilot training and ultimately increases the efficiency of the force. It is suggested that the Deputy of Force Operations, in coordination with the Deputy of Education and the Deputy of Plan and Plan, prepare a new syllabus in accordance with the existing needs and conditions.
