The role of neural networks as a branch of artificial intelligence in command and control problems

Abstract
The emergence of major changes and developments in defense concepts is the result of the entry of new and emerging knowledge in recent technologies, especially military and defense technologies. The knowledge we call soft technology. Undoubtedly, in the future, what will strengthen this emerging defense paradigm is the emerging technologies of cyberspace, such as artificial intelligence technology such as neural networks. Understanding the nature and development process of the use of soft technologies, including artificial intelligence technology and neural networks, and explaining the field of influence and impact and its location in the promotion of cyber command and control systems is a vital and undeniable matter, and the results of this knowledge and explanation can be used in the development of command systems and local cyber control should be used in our country. In this research, the characteristics of modern cyber command and control systems have been explained. Then we have reviewed the neural network technology and its application and features. The results showed that the key capabilities of neural networks, including learning, processing scattered information in the form of text, generalization, parallel processing, resilience, can play a significant evolutionary role in 2 layers of data generation, data processing, command and control. It is suggested to use this technology for the features presented by artificial intelligence and neural networks.
