Abstract
In this article, firefighting planes in different countries were first introduced and analyzed. Then, by examining the planes available in the country that have the ability to be used as firefighting planes, the powerful and reliable Hercules plane was selected, and then the way to carry out the mission was discussed during the quick response notification, so that with the equipment that is introduced, this device can be used in The level of the region and neighboring countries was used as a fire indicator. Considering the importance of fire fighting at the national level and on the other hand, the need to carry out quick operations against fire, in this research, rescue and rescue operations, as well as the reasons for using airplanes as fire fighters, were investigated, and then considering the potentials in country, the reasons for using the C-130 Hercules operational tactical aircraft as the best option were investigated.
Next, the fire system of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, AFFF, was designed. For this purpose, the dimensions of the system and the main components, including the control panel and the large tank of the firefighting system, were determined. After that, how to load the AFFF system, including how to draw water and specific loading valve, and the design of the valves was done in CATIA software. Then, the design of the fire extinguishing material discharge mechanism, including the method of loading and the loading valve, was determined and the design of the valve was done in the relevant software. The implementation steps of the AFFF system on the C-130 aircraft was another important part of the article that took place. The design of the flight profile, the steps of performing the mission of the firefighting plane, including how to perform the mission and the times required for each action, using the simulator for basic training and how to perform the aerial firefighting mission were the next steps of this article in the operational dimension. Also, in this article, by examining the internal resources to achieve this technology, it was determined that the AFFF system can be built inside the country and within the Divine Air Force.
It is hoped that with a comprehensive investigation and a meeting with the government trustees, including the country's crisis management organization (representing the Ministry of Interior), the organization of municipalities and rural assistants (as the fire department officials in urban and rural areas), the Red Crescent Relief and Rescue Organization. as the person in charge of firefighting in road areas) and the country's natural resources organization (as the person in charge of firefighting in forest areas) regarding the creation of an agile aerial firefighting plan by equipping a C-130 aircraft, it can be a great help to save people's lives in In the first degree, and in the next degree, the property and national capitals or the capitals of people who have suffered a fire (such as the Plasco building, residential and non-residential towers in big cities or even large factories).
