Abstract
Education is one of the basic and vital pillars of social activities AND Development and progress in various dimensions related to education and commensurate with the importance attached to But just pay attention to the training regardless of the injuries In the process, it is definitely useless. This article aims to analyze the in-service trainings of military organizations and pursues the issue of what are the harms and problems that have led to defects in military training in different dimensions?. Also, this research is applied and descriptive Collecting qualitative data by field method and A library was conducted with in-depth interview tools and review of documents. The sampling method of this study was purposive sampling (based on purpose) AND an attempt was made to use a diverse range of experts and stakeholders with experiences related to training courses. Reliability was used to increase credibility in the quality sector. To be reliable, four strategies of validity (correct and error-free description), stability and reliability (reviews to control the text), verifiability and transferability were used. Finally, the harms of in-service training. In the dimensions of Faradeh element, all-encompassing element, content and educational texts element, educational management element, educational space element, educational equipment element and educational support element were extracted.
